How to subscribe to Crunchyroll
Crunchyroll is offered as an independent subscription for new and existing Koodo customers.
To add Crunchyroll online, check out the Koodo website and choose Add now to subscribe. After you complete your purchase, you'll get an activation email with the steps required to set up or link your account.
For Existing Stream+ customers (discount will apply)
Log in to your Koodo account, then go to the Crunchyroll page and select Add now to subscribe.
To get the discount added to your Crunchyroll subscription, please make sure that you’ve already subscribed to Stream+ through the same Koodo account that you’re using to purchase your Crunchyroll Season Pass subscription.
Heads up! You can purchase Crunchyroll on koodo.com only with select credit and debit cards. Purchasing at any of our Koodo retail locations or call centres or with any other payment method is currently not available.
What to do if you already have a Crunchyroll subscription
If you have an existing Crunchyroll account, you’ll need to cancel your existing subscription and wait for your current billing cycle to end before purchasing Crunchyroll through Koodo to avoid being double-billed.
Your watch history and preferences will stay with you as long as you sign in using the same email address and credentials from your original account.
Heads up!
You can’t receive partial refunds for monthly or annual Crunchyroll subscriptions.
If you’re a Quebec resident, you can cancel your current subscription and receive a refund, prorated between the time of cancellation and the end of the month. Quebec residents can then immediately subscribe to Crunchyroll with Koodo.
Activating your Crunchyroll subscription
After you purchase Crunchyroll with Koodo, you’ll need to activate your new Crunchyroll account using the following steps:.
Log in to Koodo Self Serve.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
Select Manage in the subscriptions box.
Select the Activate button for Crunchyroll.
On the Crunchyroll activation page, select Continue.
Follow the prompts on screen to create a new Crunchyroll account or click Sign In if you have an existing Crunchyroll account.
Once you’ve finished your sign in process, click Start Watching Now, and you’re all set to start enjoying Crunchyroll!
How to access Crunchyroll
Once you’ve subscribed to Crunchyroll, you can access it on your mobile device or web browser.
To access Crunchyroll on your mobile device: Download the Crunchyroll app on the Google Play store or Apple App Store. Log in using your Crunchyroll account credentials.
To access Crunchyroll on your browser: Go to crunchyroll.com on your web browser of choice, and sign in using your Crunchyroll account credentials.
Managing your Crunchyroll subscription
You can manage and cancel your Crunchyroll subscription by following these steps:
Log in to Koodo Self Serve.
Select the Subscriptions tab.
Select Manage in the subscriptions box.
Select Cancel my subscription if you would like to cancel.
Heads up! If you cancel your Crunchyroll subscription through Koodo, you won’t have access to your streaming account through Koodo at the end of your current billing cycle.
